Gem is a trauma-informed Myofascial Release Therapist, Reiki Master and Certified Sound Therapy Practitioner, offering a gentle and holistic approach to supporting relaxation, wellbeing and the body’s natural ability to unwind.

Myofascial Release

MFR works with the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds and supports the muscles, bones, organs and other structures of the body.

Gentle, sustained techniques can help to address areas of restriction and tension, supporting greater ease of movement and a sense of relaxation throughout the body.
