Description

This Nepali incense rope is made up of herbs found in the high Himalayas and is abundantly used in Stupas, Temples and drawing rooms for aromatic ambience.

Lemongrass promotes clarity of mind and spiritual resilience. It is a mind and body herb that can be used in aromatherapy for when there is a struggle in accomplishing goals and procrastination takes over. It can also relieve a lack of clarity and bring purpose to thoughts while keeping away interruptions.

Incense ropes are made by hand in a process that involves bundling the ingredients in a special hand prepared rice paper, then rolling and twisting it into a small rope-like braided form. The rope should be burnt in a marble or metal dish,  or on an ash bed, a special incense burner. This rope type of incense can produce a substantial amount of smoke, and it can quickly overpower a small room so use it sparingly.
