Alpine Lavender essential oil is the concentrated liquid containing volatile aroma compounds steam distilled from the lavender plant.
The use of lavender oil for its calming and relaxing properties goes back centuries.
Physically it is believed to have numerous health benefits, such as promoting relaxation and reducing stress, improving sleep quality, relieving headaches and migraines. It may also support respiratory health, relieves muscle tension and pain, supports the body’s immune system and improve digestion. It has both antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties making it gentle and healing for the skin. Lavender may help boost mood and emotional well-being, enhance mental clarity and focus, and promote self-care and relaxation.
Lavender oil has been made via steam distillation for more than two thousand years. In ancient times, the Egyptians and Romans used Lavender plants for bathing, relaxation, cooking, and as a perfume.
Incorporating lavender essential oil into your spiritual practices can foster inner peace, emotional healing, and a deeper connection to your spiritual self and the universe. Whether used in meditation, prayer, energy healing, or simply to create a peaceful environment, lavender enhances the vibrational frequency and spiritual balance of your space and energy field.
