This box contains a 5ml bottle of Belle’s Rest & Recovery oil, 15ml Calming Balm, Rose Quartz Crystal and a pack of Guatemalan worry dolls.

The Rest and Recovery oil is beautifully fragranced and designed to put you completely at ease, encouraging you to rest, and helping that rest to be worthwhile and refreshing.

The Rose Quartz is a crystal that is associated with emotional healing, alleviating stress, anxiety, and tension, relaxation, enhancing self-esteem and supporting better sleep.

The Calming Balm is a deep breath in a tin, made from 100% pure essentials oils of Lavender, Rosemary and Frankincense it is then blended with grapeseed oil, soy wax and (naturally occurring) vitamin E. The result is something that is kind to and feels wonderful on the skin, encourages muscles to relax and tension to release. It can be applied to any pressure points, directly to your temples and, if you can find a willing volunteer to help apply it, to your neck and shoulders.

Even with all of the above, sometimes there things we wish to say but do not, this can be because it is easier not to, it could be because we are too nice or sometimes we don’t have the opportunity. You are not the only one to feel this way and that is why I have included the worry dolls. If you have something on your mind sometimes saying it out loud can make it seem less daunting and do not worry, they know how to keep a secret.
