Cedarwood is a plant native to cold climates that is found at high altitudes, and is renowned for its calming and grounding properties, but it has many more benefits.

Cedarwood Essential Oil promotes relaxation and sleep, helps improve mental clarity and focus. It is detoxifying and anti-inflammatory and can support skin health with its antimicrobial and antifungal properties. It is an analgesic and can help with pain relief. Many people use Cedarwood as a natural insect repellent and room freshener as it can detoxify and purify, it also helps to support respiratory health and boost the body’s immune system. It is also said to be very good for promoting hair growth.

Cedarwood essential oil is widely used in spiritual traditions for its ability to promote grounding, purification, and a deep sense of connection to both the earth and the divine. Its calming and protective qualities make it helpful for meditation, it also helps release negative energy and supports manifestation and intention.
