Each blend is created with a specific purpose, making it easy to choose the right one for energy boosting or calming needs and you can also out a couple of drops in the bath to infuse your water with healing and calming.

    How to use

    Do a Patch Test: If it is a new oil, apply a small drop to the inner elbow and wait 24 hours to check for allergic reactions.

    Warm the Oil: Warm oil feels better and helps muscles relax faster. Either pour a small amount into your palms and rub them together to warm it before touching the person or carefully place the sealed bottle in a bowl of hot water for 5–10 minutes.

    Avoid Irritated Skin: Do not use oils on broken, irritated, or sunburned skin.
