Mica

Mica is a group of naturally occurring minerals known for their thin, sheet-like layers and shimmering appearance, like Tigers Eye they are metaphysical, meaning they began as one thing and changed through a series of environmental pressures much like we do ourselves.  While Mica itself is not always used as a standalone healing crystal, it does carry its own unique energetic signature and is often associated with reflection and clear & layered self-awareness.
